Sanam Ammari

I am a Senior Teaching Fellow in Human Resource Management and Level 5 tutor for the Business and Management Course. Previously, I held a position as a Lecturer at Southampton Solent University, the International College Portsmouth.

My doctoral research focused on reward systems and academic employee engagement, emphasising the significance of fairness perception in all aspects of academic rewards.

I currently teach on both undergraduate and postgraduate courses in the areas of Organisational Behaviour, Human Resource Management and Research Methods. My main teaching responsibility is the coordination of two core modules, Employability Research and Professional Development and the Dissertation module for Organisation Studies and Human Resource Management.
