Biography

My personal research focuses on sensory perception, environmental physiology, and immersive technologies. My PhD explored the impact of visual manipulations on thermal perception, drawing on principles from ecological psychology. I am also involved in other areas of physiology, including extreme environmental conditions such as hypoxia and sleep deprivation, as well as clinical physiology.

My professional background includes roles as a research assistant and sport science technician. I now serve as Technical Manager for the Institute for Marine Sciences, where I oversee technical operations, facility management, and contribute to strategic development.
