Biography

Emmanuel enjoys working with people and ideas—whether that’s through teaching, public speaking, or developing learning materials that actually make a difference. As Faculty Employability & Enterprise Lead (2016-23) and as Subject Area Lead for Politics, International relations, and International Development (since 2023), he has designed  courses and activities that help students stay engaged, succeed academically, and move confidently toward their next steps towards postgraduate study, the job market, or starting their own business. Emmanuel teaches mainly in the field of  European politics,  and enjoys researching the history and politics of European right-wing movements.
