Summary

Current First-Year PhD Researcher within the School of Psychology, Sport and Health Sciences. My programme of studies is kindly funded by the Department of Psychology (SPHES).

I specialise in neuropsychology, specifically the EEG of Goal Conflict anxiety. My research tests the Reinforcement Sensitivity Theory (RST) with the aim of identifying possible biomarkers of anxiety. 

Biography

Alongside my PhD, I completed both my BSc (Hons) Psychology and MRes (Neurosciences) with the University of Portsmouth. My BSc was from 2019-2022 and MRes from 2022-2023. I also worked as an STF from 2023-2024 across various L4-L6 modules.

I am currently completing the PgCert (HE) and FHEA inline with the Teach Well programme. 

Teaching Responsibilities

  • Module coordinator for L4 Perspectives in Psychology (2024/25)
  • Guest lectures in Neuroscience and Cultural Neuroscience
  • Guest lectures on the L5 Individual Differences and Psychometrics Module
