The rule of law and access to justice are central to a functioning society. In the Portsmouth Law School we're passionate about the role that the legal system plays in upholding these principles.
Our research is thriving across a variety of subject areas including interdisciplinary and socio-legal projects.
We have a reputation for exceptional research, and our research has been published in journals including the Journal of World Investment & Trade, and the Journal of Law & Society.
